Hi, this is Jamie from Avery Elle and I am so excited to show you a card that our design team member Heather Campbell made with some of our new Spring Release items. Our newest release of 12 new stamp sets, 15 new die sets, glitter and 10 NEW watercolors is overflowing with gorgeous floral images, bathing beauties, tropical toucans, mermazing mermaids, must have die sets and more! You are sure to find something amazing!
To make this card Heather stamped and colored images and a sentiment from our new Splash! stamp set using our New Moon Dye Ink Pad and Copic markers. She then die -cut the images and adhered them into the die cut frames from our Double Pierced Circles die set. She painted the background of the circles using our new Aquamarine, Mimosa, Cherry and Sugar Plum watercolors. Cute right?

Send a Card to A Friend Day!
Hi friends! Happy Thursday! Did you know that yesterday (February 7th) was “Send a Card to a Friend” day? We’ve found that many crafters (us included!!) can be guilty of making lots of cards that just accumulate in our homes but are not actually sent out to friends and family. What a shame! On this special holiday, we encourage you to send a card you’ve created but haven’t sent or create a card for a friend and send it to him/her!
It is so important to share our handmade cards. We appreciate the value in sharing kindness with others! Altenew February 2018 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway
Thank you for joining us as we celebrate the Altenew February release as part of their blog hop. If you’ve come from Virginia Lu’s blog, then you’re in the right place!
I’ve created a card using the Wings of Hope stamps and coordinating dies. These flowers are stamped using Simon Says Stamp Teeny Bikini and Twirling Tutu inks. I also stamped a variety of leaves on Neenah white and Desert Storm cardstocks using white and gold embossing powders.
I die cut all the pieces using the Altenew Mini Blossom die cutting machine and then arranged them together using a bit of foam tape on a white panel for my card.
