Amore Laura Fadora: Artsy Flower Parts

Amore Laura Fadora Artsy Flower Parts

Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! Thanks for popping by to check out the latest edition of Laura Bassen‘s Amore, Laura Fadora bi-monthly feature! Love the grey color she used to create the polka dot background? She used our Fog ink color! To complete the look Laura used our very popular Handlettered Encouragement stamp set, Crystal Reflections sequins, and a plethora of Simon ink colors (listed below!) to stamp the Artsy Flower Parts stamps with. Be sure to watch the video and enjoy!

  1. OMG!!! Thank you so much!!! I’m so happy to see my name!!! Congrats to all Blog Candy Winners too!!!
Love Laura’s card!!! Too sweet and cute!!!

  2. BEAUTIFUL Card!! I’ve seen you do part of this Technique several times before (stamping the Flowers in a Circe w/ a Mask), but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Idea of adding the second Pattern to the background!! Just BEAUTIFUL!! THANKS for sharing the Video too and have a FABULOUS WEEK!! =)

  3. There’s still a day left for the National Crafting Month so not sure how you can already have winners up for that category…

  4. Thanks for this video, Laura. The circle masking is a great idea, as is the double inking of your stamps for the shaded effect. I know I’ll be using both of these.

  5. I love Ms. Fedora! Another fabulous card. You always make me laugh when I watch your videos. Beautiful card. I will give this technique a go. TFS

  6. Darling card. The flowers and bright colors would cheer anyone up!
Thanks for sharing with us and for the video!

  7. “Watch the video and enjoy”! You can’t do anything else when Laura is working her magic. Beautiful card and great technique.

  8. This beauty would make me feel better! Thanks for the video w/tips! Always learn something new when Laura’s around!

  9. Fabulous card…so colorful and bright. Amazing in it’s simplicity. Thanks for the always enjoyable video and great design tips.

  10. Oh, I think we can all spot Kristina Werner’s handwriting at this point, hahaha!! I love the card, so pretty with all the colors. And btw, I just moved in to a new house last week, new construction, and I had to pick paint colors for the rooms and our contractor who built the house we were living in 23 years ago, asked me if I used every crayon in the box?!?! LOL!! The room colors aren’t dark but I can’t handle white walls so I need color please!! I always love your cards and videos! Love Them!! Thanks for sharing .

  11. Very clever and very cute card design. One reason I love carfmaking is that I can step outside my box.??
