Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Home Sweet Home Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the theme is

Little Critters 

Whether you choose to feature your own pets or prefer to delve into the wider animal kingdom we will be looking forward to seeing which little critters you choose to feature on your creations!

Sonia made a 3 dimensional garden shed with 2 adorable hedgehogs from Penny Black’s Critters in Love water-colored with Zig Clean Color Brush Pens and used Prima Crackle Paste with die cuts made from Tim Holtz Window die to create a dimensional window for the garden shed which also has a hidden space to store away a mini album.

Andrea made some colorful critter tags using Flora and Fauna’s Happy Place and Glass Dome stamp sets.  She added some flowers from the Sketched Blooms stamp set by My Favorite Things.

Anna-Karin made an art journal page inspired by memories of walking across fields with her grandmother, where cows where grazing. The stars of the page are the lovely On The Farm animal stamps by Tim Holtz. The base is one of the canvas pages in Dina Wakley’s Media Journal.

Barbara take her inspiration from the sea creatures! She used Tim Holtz ‘s  Sea Life Set and Tim Holtz Sizzix Pipeline Bigz Die to create a framed canvas with rusty look made with Prima Marketing Rust Effect Paste and Prima Marketing Patina Effect Paste.

Cathie used the Tim Holtz Mini Bouquet and Penny Black Winged Beauty stamp sets to create her cute mixed media framed panel. The frame was created using the Tim Holtz Stitched Rectangles, Prima Arts Stones and Patina Paste Effects.

Emma was inspired by Tim Holtz’s Bee stamp and the Creativity Takes Courage Quote Chip to create a canvas panel full of busy bees buzzing around the Honeycomb die cut hive which is dripping with honey and nectar!

Kath used Distress Oxide Reinkers to watercolour a page in her Dylusions Creative Dyary to help her keep on track with the renovation of her craft room

Lols used a Tiger from a set of Dylusions Die Cuts and a little bird from a Cat Among The Pigeons stamp set along with a new Creative Dyary to create a fun diary planner page.

Macarena made an adorable card with a troop of cats on a night scene. She made them with Impression Obsession Cat Set die and the Simon Says Stamp Cardstock Slate Gray and the city with houses was made with Sizzix Snowglobe die. She used a lot of Distress Oxide Inks to color the background and the buildings.

Maura found her Paper Artsy Jofy Lovebird stamp and Distress Oxide inks in Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio, and Broken China and made a tag.

Meihsia created a tag with three cute little pandas using Simon Says Stamp Cuddly Critters Set and added the sentiment with Simon Says Stamp Uplifting Thoughts Stamp.

Sandra made a card using Distress Oxides for her background, the stamped butterfly from the Perspective set she highlighted with a Gelly Roll pen and the Detailed Butterfly she used Infusions on.
