Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Texture Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week we are challenging you add some pretty colors:

RAINBOW

Ann made a card using a Tim Holtz Falling Stars Layering Stencil and Black Soot Distress Paint  for the background. I also used Panpastel and some Tim Holtz’s Stamp Sets to make the rainbow fishtails.

Andrea made a notebook cover using Whimsy Stamps Boho Rainbow Dies. The sentiment is cut from a Dina Wakley Typed Media Ledgers, Set 2. She did some heat embossing in the background with Distress Embossing Ink, Hero Arts White Embossing Powder and a Tim Holtz Theories Stamp Set.

Anna-Karin made an art journal / scrapbooking page using one of her photos of a double rainbow. The Title was die cut with Tim Holtz Alphanumeric Emporium dies and most of the sentiments come from Tim’s Tiny Text stamp set.

Barbara couldn’t resist using the new Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Collection to create her trio of tags. She used Note Quotes CMS463 Stamp set, Element Stencil Every Day Art, and Layering Stencil Brush Arch. She creates the rainbow colors palette with Ranger Ink Distress Inks Spray Stain and Distress Ink Pad. At the center of one tag, she added a black shape cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix Gentlemen Thinlits dies.

Cheiron created a rainbow version of The Inspector. She stamped the background from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous The Inspector Stamp Set and made it colorful with Distress Watercolor Pencils. She stamped The Inspector and the sentiment in Black Soot Distress Archival ink and colored them in with the pencils then added black all around the sentiment with a Micron Pen to make the letters pop.

Emma created a card full of the colours of the rainbow. She applied Distress Oxide Inks through the Stampers Anonymous Brush Arch Layering Stencil by Tim Holtz to create a background before adding a colourful umbrella die cut using The Gent Die Set and adding the hat and jacket from the Tailored Thinlits Die Set.

Kath created cards using the circle and circle outline images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Note Quotes stamped with a rainbow assortment of Distress Oxide inks and decorated with Idea-ology Botanical Layers, Snippets Ephemera and Photographic Collage Paper.

Macarena made a 3D card full of colorfull dots from Tim Holtz Halftone and Rings stamp set embossed with Simon Says Stamp White Embossing Powder and filled with rainbow colors of Distress Oxide Ink Pads.

Maura made a little folder book filled with rainbow mushrooms. She used the Simon Says Stamp Mushroom Stems die set, and Tim Holtz’s Specimen and Collector dies.

Meihsia was inspired to create a watercolor tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps SWOOPY FLOWERS, then colored it with Zig CLEAN COLOR 90 SET Real Brush and decorated it with Prima Marketing INDIGO Flower And Branch Charms.

Zoey used the newly released items from Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous. Tiny Prints to add interest to the background, paired with Brush Arch. She also cut out the elements from Element Stencils Everyday Art.
