It’s A Stitch Up
We would like to see a ‘sewing’ themed project this week. You can use either sewing themed stamps, dies etc or you could add real or faux stitching! Whatever you decide to use, we will be looking forward to seeing what you make!

This is Chris’s last week with us in the designer spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your fabulous creations over the past few weeks. It has been a great pleasure having you along with us!
Chris used stitching on her tag made using a Tim Holtz Attic Treasures Cling Stamp Set
Andrea made a matchbook sewing kit with a Tim Holtz Matchbook Die, Paper Artsy’s Jade Infusions Stain and Tim Holtz’s Block Talk Lowercase Alphabet Die Set.
Anna-Karin often forgets to use fabric, but really loves it. This week, she made two cards with fabric piecing of adorable Dina Wakley Scribbly Girlies stamps. There is also some fun messy stitching. The papers are from Tim Holtz Correspondence pad.
Barbara admits thet she’s not very able to create with fabric and stitches ! Today she has tried to add some stitched detail to her tags made using Idea-ology Textile Surfaces Paperie, Distress stains sprays and two Sizzix dies: Layered leaf and Feather duo!
Cathie created a spooky mixed media panel using the Undertaker stamp set and several Sizzix thinlits dies from the new Tim Holtz 2016 Halloween collection.
Cheiron did some messy stitching using some paper made with stamps from the Dina Wakley Boxed Faces and Funky Shapes sets.
Emma‘s project combines two Tim Holtz stamp sets ~ Ladies and Gentleman and Dapper to create a card fit for any sartorial gentleman.
Kath created a canvas panel top for her sewing box using the Sewing Blueprint Stamp Set and decorated with flowers and leaves die cut with the Plush Blooming Heart dies
Lols made a card using a Baby Blueprint Stamp Set and stitched the edges using a sewing machine.
Macarena planted some Flower Garden and Wildflowers on a stenciled and Infusions treated double canvas tags.
Maura went for a vintage look with her sewing themed Flip Frame from Tim Holtz, along with the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Vogue stamp and Simon Says Stamp Stitched Oval Frame. Maura admits she has never attempted to sew a Vogue pattern in her life!
Meihsia made a mixed media tag with a cute Tim Holtz Crazy Dog image, and the edges of the tag were stamped using Tim Holtz Patchwork Pieces.
Sandra did a little stitching up around the edges of her card with the Bo Bunny Stitches stamp set and Pewter Embossing Powder
Zoey used Clearsnap Aladine Pigment and My Mind’s Eye My Story to create this mini album
