Estelle made an art journal page for todays challenge. For the wings and the background she used a Tim Holtz Royal Script Stamp Set and a Floral Stencil. She used a Baseboard Doll for the main focus and an Alphanumeric Shadow Die Set for the sentiment. For more details, please visit Estelle’s blog!

Andrea added wings to a quirky character from Kate Crane’s KC006 Stamp Set. She cut the tag shape using AALL & Create’s Tag it Yourself Die Set and cut a fun frame from Whimsy Stamps’ Chunky Checkers Die Set. She also added background circle shapes cut with Tim Holtz’s Vault Funky Floral Wreath Die Set.

Anna-Karin made a card with fluttering butterflies. She used Simon Says Stamp Butterfly Escapade Embossing Folder and Cutting Dies for the background and the butterflies. The sentiment was die cut with Tim Holtz Handwritten Celebrate and stamped with Simon Says Stamp Stay True.

Barbara chose a gorgeous stamp from Lavinia Stamps, Lumus Large, a fairy with fabulous wings. For the background, she used Ranger Ink Distress Oxide in shades of purple. The sentiment was chosen from the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Small Talk pack.

Cheiron used the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Winged Things 1 as the focal point of her card. She placed it onto a piece of paper that had been colored with Distress Watercolor Pencils and Posca Pens and cut out with the Simon Says Stamp Five Circles Wafer dies. To complete her card, she added a Small Talk sticker.

Kath created a card using Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Yellow Palette Collection papers, Simon Says Stamp Layered Scallop Tag dies, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Specimen and Leaf Prints 2 stamp sets, Script Mini Layering Stencil from Set 49 and Idea-ology Sentiments Label Stickers.

Lols used a lot of Tim Holtz Products for todays challenge. She started with a Tim Holtz #8 Etcetera Tag and made a collaged background using paper from a new Teal Idea-ology Paper Pack. She added a Baseboard Window Frame with a hessian and Transparent Things Butterfly inside it. She added the Mini Detailed Butterflies and finished with Washi Tape a Metallic Sticker and a few Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Dazzling Gold Gems

Macarena randomly stitched the background and colored the shapes with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks. Then she stamped it with Tim Holtz Field Notes stamps set and added pieces of Tim Holtz Idea-ology Cello Sticker Tape to give a vintage look.

Maura started dreaming of things with wings as she created her tag. She used Simon Says Stamp’s beautiful Artsy Butterflies stamps, Paper Artsy Alison Bomber’s EAB55 stamps, and Dina Wakley Media tags.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz idea-ology Pink 12 x 12 Palette Paper Collection on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology TRANSPARENT THINGS and Tim Holtz idea-ology Layer Frames Montage.

Zoey used a bunch of Tim Holtz Thinlits to create this tag – Mixed Media for the background, Funky Insects for the focal point and Handwritten Celebrate! She also used distress paint and Distress Ink for add color

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
