Rox recycled an empty coffee jar. She used Tim Holtz Matt Collage Medium to add a layer of Collage Paper and then colored with Vintage Photo Distress Spray Stain. She added Natural Twine and some Tiny Lights to create a candlelight effect.

Andrea converted two junk mail envelopes into some handy pockets to hold ephemera. She decorated her envelopes using some favorite Tim Holtz stamp sets: Worn Text, Big Number Blocks, and Glitch 2. She also had fun trying a new shade of Infusions colored stain: Just Walnut.

Anna-Karin recycled twine from a package and old book paper in these two cards. The background was woven with die cuts from the Simon Says Stamp So Many Candles die. The Simon Says Stamp Layered Bird Bunch birds were die cut from scrap papers and old book and dictionary paper. The stickers are from Tim Holtz Metallic Sticker Book.

Barbara recycled some Idea-ology packaging to create the base of the tag and the butterfly. For her double project she used Sizzix Vault Pillow Box and Bag and Scribbly Butterfly, Stampers Anonymous Layering Stencil Flourish, and stamp set Faded Type. Colors and embossing powders are by Ranger Ink: Scorched Timber Distress Spray stain, Speckled Egg, Pumice Stone and Broken China.

Cheiron turned some mixed media experiments from a class she took into tiny canvases from her stash. She stamped her papers with the Tim Holtz Faded Type stamps and painted the sides of her canvases gold and added gold splatter to the fronts using Hero Arts Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink. To finish them she added Tim Holtz Distress Sparkle Texture Paste and some Idea-ology Small Talk Stickers.

Emma recycled an old sketchbook and created a new design for the cover. She used products from Tim Holtz’s beautiful new Distress colour bundle, Scorched Timber and applied the stains, oxide sprays and paints to make the background. She then used the Tim Holtz/Sizzix Vault Rosette Die as a base for her layered focal point which was completed with an Entomology Adornment in the centre and a Quote Chip Label in a Label Frame.

Kath recycled a Ranger Craft Scraper, bottle caps, pencil eraser and bubble wrap from her craft room and used with Tim Holtz Scorched Timber Distress Oxide Spray, Picket Fence and Scorched Timber Distress Paints to create the background on an Art Journal page.
