Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! Please join me in welcoming back special guest Kara Pogreba, representing some BERRY beautiful Lawn Fawn inspiration! Enjoy!
When it comes to Mother’s Day, I try to go the extra mile making hand-made cards. First of all, my mom and mother-in-law deserve them, but also, no one appreciates a hand-made card quite like a mom!
Lawn Fawn’s Platform Pop Up is a perfect base for creating a 3-D bouquet for Mom. I chose to create a garden of strawberries using Lawn Fawn’s Strawberry Patch and Fruit Basket, with additional dies from Stitched Strawberry Frame and Outside-In Stitched Strawberry.
Lawn Fawn’s Giant Happy Mother’s Day sits perfectly in the center of the Platform Pop Up. The strawberry plants are attached to a piece of acetate to give them a stable place to “grow”. A basket full of freshly picked strawberries sits at the front of the pop up garden.
Lawn Fawn’s Gotta Have Gingham “Dorothy” lends a country feel to this garden. I ink blended a variety of Lawn Fawn’s pink and green Textured Canvas and Textured Dot cardstocks with their new inks, Clover and Rainforest, along with Celery Stick, Ballet Slippers, Bubblegum, and Lobster.
Thank you, Simon Says Stamp, for inviting us to share some of the latest Lawn Fawn products with you today!
Thanks so much for stopping by, and thanks to Kara for being our guest!
