Autumn Thanks!
Hi everyone…Happy Monday! It’s Shari here with a card inspiration using some Ranger products.
I went off the rails and tried something completely different. I used several layers of painted tissue papers to build up an interesting background.
This technique is very easy to do and a great way to learn to use the Gelli Plate. I found it really relaxing. It all starts off with some Dina Wakley paints, Tim Holtz Layering stencils, and tissue paper.
I could see myself creating an art journal page like this too! I’ve shot a video of the process, hope you find it easy to follow.

This is SO FUN!! I love that you used a solid white die-cut leaf over the colorful background! I’ve used white space before in cards, but hadn’t thought of using a plain white die before! Thanks for showing how you created that amazing background, too.
