Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Make A Rainbow Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week we are challenging you to

Hip Hop

we are looking forward to what you create for this challenge! Whether you include things that hop, e.g. rabbits or some funky hip hop music, this theme is fun don’t you think!

Amy created a funny Easter collage in her Dylusions art journal for this week’s challenge. She used GelatosDistress Ink, and Faber-Castell Big Brush Pens to create her colorful eggs.

Andrea made some festive envelopes to mail out her Easter greetings.  She used Inky Antics’ Hare Mail stamp set along with the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.

Anna-Karin made an April art journaling page for this week, featuring a sweet rabbit stamp by Tim Holtz walking past some spring flowers die cut with the Wildflowers #2 set.

This week Barbara has created an Easter card with Distress oxides in spring colors and  Tim Holtz Hipster set. She has given a floral note to the background using Tim Holtz Sizzix FLORAL Texture Fades Embossing Folder.

Cathie created a cute Easter burlap panel using the Tim Holtz Bunny Stamp and Watering Can die set. The background is painted with Paper Artsy Fresco Finish Paints on the Tim Holtz Vintage Cabinet Card and the cute little Easter egg is from the Simon Says Stamp Some Bunny stamp set.

Emma is all ready for the Easter Egg hunt and created a table decoration with a hidden surprise. She used the Memoranda Paper Stash to decorate her Vignette Box, together with the Easter Elements Die and a Tiny House.

Kath created a journal page featuring one very cool and “HIP” goat from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Hipster stamp set and used lots of Idea-ology 2017 products to create the wording

Lols added some Crazy Things Bunny Ears to her Crazy Dog and added a bottle of delicious Maltese ‘Hop-leaf’ ale  for her Hoppy Easter themed card!

Macarena made a music card using a very old music notes pages and Tim Holtz/Sizzix Layered Butterfly die, Distress Oxide Walnut Stain Ink and a lot of Infusions and some Nuvo Mousses.

Maura made a colorful tag for Easter, using the Simon Says Stamp Some Bunny clear stamp set, Tim Holtz’s layering Bubble and Woven stencils, along with brightly colored Dylusions paints in Bubblegum Pink, Vibrant Turquoise and Fresh Lime.

Meihsia was inspired to create a birthday tag using Simon Says Cora Background Stamp and Simon Says Stamp Happy Easter, and colored it with Daniel Smith Watercolor Set.

Sandra chose the song Dear Mama from hiphop artist 2Pac as her inspiration and made a mother’s day card with Distress Oxides for her background along with the So Deer and Flower Medaillon stamps from SSS new release Mothers, Fathers and Florals.
