Not a Card with Nina-Marie: Faux Stained Glass
Hello there, friends! It’s Nina-Marie here with you and I have a DIY stained glass technique to share that makes great sun catchers. You could use this idea for windows in your handmade cards, but the sun catchers are beautiful to hang in your window. They also make great gifts!

To make my sun catchers, I used our Simon exclusive Stylized Heart and Stained Glass Sun die sets.

If you are going to turn the stained glass pieces into a card, I recommend making a window on your card with the die cut and gluing the piece onto a piece of acetate so it can be suspended in the center. It looks beautiful when it catches the light!

Be sure to watch the video to learn how to recreate this technique for yourself; it’s SUPER easy!
