September 2022 Card Kit Inspiration with Kristina Werner
Hi all! Kristina here, with some card inspiration for you featuring the September 2022 Card Kit. For my card, I barely touched everything that’s included in the kit–there’s SO much more! In this case, I focused on the Let’s Celebrate stamp set to create a colorful watercolor look.
I used four Distress Reinkers (Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Mermaid Lagoon, and Wilted Violet) to paint a background. Then I stamped and heat embossed the large greeting from the Let’s Celebrate stamp set in the center of the background.
Then I painted clean water into the letters of the greeting and picked up ink using a paper towel. I essentially lifted ink wherever I applied water. Such a fun technique!
