Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

This week the challenge is

Nautical/By The Sea

Summer is here and what nicer place to be than down by the coast! Whether you enjoy a boat trip out on the open waves or maybe you prefer to dip your toes in the sea while enjoying a refreshing ice cream. Which option do you prefer to use for your inspiration? We will be looking forward to seeing what you make!

Although we do accept all styles this really is the challenge to get out your inks and paints and have a go at a more mixed media, artsy style. The main thing is to stretch your boundaries and  have fun!

 Aida  used a Graphic 45 Voyage Beneath the Sea Collection to create this lovely work of art.

Andrea made a mermaid’s art kit containing glass vials that she aged with Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint.

Anna-Karin made an inspirational tag about a little boat on the big sea. I used a  Simon Says Stamp Sail Away clear stamp set.

Barbara is happy to continue her  series of  sea themed projects and used a Tim Holtz  Travel Ways  Set

Cathie used Spellbinders Matting Basics A and Classic Large Ovals to create her sailboat and the Tim Holtz Pediments die to create the waves.

Cheiron used Concord & 9th Sweet and Cool set…its not a trip to the beach without ice cream!

Emma used the Mariner Blueprint stamp set to create her Pirates Of The Caribbean inspired wallhanging!

Kath used the Prima French Riviera Collection to create a holiday travel journal

Lols used a Simon Says Stamp Sail Away clear stamp set and has a secret message in the bottle!

Macarena made a summer panel using amazing Nautical Blueprints and playing with watercoloring

Maura headed to the seashore to collect treasures with Prima Paintables Vintage Emporium, Peerless Watercolors and 28 Lilac Lane Party On

Meihsia created a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Stamp Anchor Sketch and Distress Spray Stain on the background.

Sandra had much fun at the sea on her vacation, so she used Authentique 12×12 paper with and the Talk Bubbles 2 die to show you how much fun!

Zoey used a bunch of Dylusions Ink Spray and Distress Paint to alter this Pringles Cap!
