This week we are asking you to decorate an Art Journal page:

As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Dyan Reaveley. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

This week we are welcoming back the lovely Sandra Rupp aka srpaperlove into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog you are in for a real treat! Please pop by to say ‘Hi’

Sandra had fun with her Art Journal Pages. She used a vintage artists book for the base. After applying the bright base colors she highlighted the background with Distress Paint Kitsch Flamingo. For the Decoration she used the new releases Sizzix Dies from Tim Holtz Brushstroke Flowers 1 and Flowery.The spring vibes based on using the Ephemera Keepsakes from Idea-ology in her project.

Anna-Karin created a double page in the Dyan Reaveley’s Dylusions Journal. The two silhouettes were created with Dyan’s Otis Silhouette stencil and the dots in the background come from the Martha’s Mat stencil.

Barbara made the cover of Dyan Reveley’s Small Creative Flip Journal. This album will serve as a container for its 2021 “one layer” tags! To create it she used Tim Holtz Sizzix The Park Thinlits die, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Flutter, Tim Holtz stencil Floral, Ranger Distress Grit Paste.

Cheiron used the Dyan Reaveley Shimmer Sprays in Polished Jade, Black Marble and Lemon Zest to create a colorful background in her Dina Wakley Media Journal. She embellished her page with some of the newest Tim Holtz Idea-ology included the Paper Doll Solos, Backdrops, Mini Flair and Mini Marquee.

Emma used the Dyan Reaveley Small Creative Journal to create a vintage style layout to celebrate the joy of family and being happy together. She used a Tim Holtz Found Relative Photo, surrounded by Field Notes Ephemera and Field Notes Snippets and arranged it on a background of Abandoned Paper Stash.

Kath created a page in her Dylusions Small Creative Journal using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Typeset Collage Paper, Dylusions Paints with Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Mosaic and Crate Layering Stencils, Dylusions Borders and Quotes Colouring Sheets, Tim Holtz/Sizzix Alphanumeric Stretch Lower Thinlits and Dylusions Word Love stamp set for the title.

Lols  made a bright cheerful spread in her Dylusions Small Creative Journal using a Dyan Reaveley Toadstool Town Cling Stamp Set for the focus. She used Distress Oxide Inks and LDRS Rainy Day and Paper Artsy Stencils for the background and finished with a Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Die and label tape sentiments.

Macarena made a soft and pastel Spring celebration page. She played with Perspective Butterfly and Alphanumeric Stretch Upper dies. She colored the page with Dylusions Ink Sprays: Fresh Lime, Squeezed Orange, Bubblegum Pink and Crushed Grape. She covered everything with several very thin layers of white gesso.

Maura headed to her Dyan Reavely Small Creative Journal to make spread about trees, using the lovely Simon Says Stamp All Seasons Tree set. Her background started with Dylusions Spray Inks in Lemon Zest and Vibrant Turquoise.

Meihsia was inspired to create an art journal page using Ranger Dylusions Ink Spray Dyan Deaveley and Simon Says Cling Stamp Crackle Background on the background and stamped the images with Stamperia Leave Your Prints.

Sandra made an art journal spread using Dyan Reavely’s Dylusions Sprays Vibrant Turquoise and Cut Grass on top of Typeset Collage Paper and Gritt-Paste, along with the new Simon Says Stamp Beautiful die. 

Zoey used Dyan Reaveley INBETWEENIES Stamp Set to decorate this art journal page. She used Distress Spray Stain in Cracked Pistachio and Forest Moss, Distress Oxide Spray Stain for her background. She also used Tim Holtz Sizzix WILDFLOWERS 2 Thinlits Die and Tim Holtz Idea-ology PHOTOBOOTH th93799.
