Pauline made a distressed card using the “faux pyrography” technique. She inked up Julie’s Hand Picked Blossoms and Blooms stamp by Julie Hickey with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink, then over stamped with Nocturne Versafine Clair, adding highlights with a gold Posca pen. The sentiment is Simon Says Stamp Script Thanks shadow wafer dies.

Andrea made a Thank You card using AALL & Create’s Letter Soup dies. She added the “love you to the moon and back” sentiment from Tim Holtz’s THMM13 stamp set and finished off the sides with Tim Holtz’s Deckle Edge Torn Edge Trimmer.

Anna-Karin made a wintery thank you card this week. She used the new Simon Says Stamp Balcony Windows to die cut the window and the Simon Says Stamp Holiday Window Decor to add the decorations. These dies come from the new And Everything Nice release. The background was made with Tim Holtz Bricked stencil.

Barbara created a Christmas tag to thank someone for a gift! For the background, she used a Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stamp, Shattered on a #8 Mixed Media Heavystock Tags Ranger, previously colored with Mini Distress Oxide Ink pads. For the center, she chose a Sizzix Holiday Brushstroke 3 Thinlits Dies and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Kraft Stock Sparkle Classic.

Cheiron created a collagey thank you card using papers she painted with Dina Wakley Media Gloss in Malachite. She cut them into strips and placed them onto her card and added a focal image from the Simon Says Stamp Mod Plants stamps and dies. She finished the card with a splatter of Distress Black Soot Paint.

Kath created a floral thank you card using Simon Says Stamp Square Dance Stencil, Old Letter Clear Stamp, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Embroidery and Sign Painter along with the co-ordinating Simon Says Stamp Embroidery and Sign Painter Letter co-ordinating dies.

Macarena stamped the word THANKS all over the background of her card using Tim Holtz Sign Painter stamp set. Then she stamped, bolored and fussy cut the butterfly from Tim Holtz Specimen set. To make the project more vivd she added a pop of green and pink using Simon Says Stamp Circle Quilt die.

Maura had fun this week making a duo of cards using Tim Holtz’s Bird Crazy stamps, Paper Artsy’s Eclectica EM123 stamp, and a lovely grey ink from Simon Says Stamp – Whale.

Meihsia was inspired to create a thank you card using Simon Says Clear Stamps The Little Things on the background, colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET B Markers and added a sentiment with Tim Holtz idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS.

Zoey used Tim Holtz Sizzix Postale to create a little Thank you note. She also used Alphanumeric to write the “thank you” and decorated her little note with Distress Inks and Ideaology Paper

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
