It’s Thom’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Thom used Idea ology Backdrops #2 paper for the background and used a car from Tim Holtz Paper Dolls Poses. He colored it with Salvaged Patina , Picket Fence and Brushed Pewter Distress Paints and then used Distress Sanding Discs to age it. He added a trio of girls from Tim Holtz Paper Dolls Groups and used Distress Crayons and patterned paper for the clothes. He added the sentiment using Alphanumeric Stretch Lower and Vault World Travel dies.

Andrea made a note card and an envelope to transport it in. She used Dina Wakley’s Tinies 2 Transparencies along with her Healing and Light stamp set. She also used Tim Holtz’s File Cards 2 and Label Stickers – Thoughts.

Anna-Karin made an art journal page with a bike theme. The bike stamp comes from Tim Holtz Purely Random and was stamped in the middle of an impression made with Tim’s Wheel stencil. The little arrows were die cut from Simon Says Stamp Audrey Blue and Mint cardstock. The page was done in the Dylusions Square Ledger Journal.

Barbara has transported herself completely into the summer season! She made a tag to wish everyone a happy summer using the Sizzix Under The Sea 3-D Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Ranger Distress Spritz. In the center is a Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stamp from the set Cocktails Blueprints CMS 335.

Kath created a card inspired by Henry Ford who revolutionised transport with his Model T Ford, making cars afforable for the masses across the world. She used Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Vintage Auto and Observations with Uncharted Mariner and Peacock Feathers Distress Spritz to create the background, Tim Holtz/Sizzix Vault World Travel Thinlits, Idea-ology Postmarked Sticker Book, Paper Dolls Poses and Tiny Text Remnant Rubs.

Cheiron transported herself under a celestial sky. She created a background on Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock using Distress Inks, white splatter and finishing it with some shimmery stars using Distress Spritz. She added a greeting using the CZ Design Good Vibes wafer die.

Macarena made a holiday card using Tim Holtz Vault Travel set for the globe, planes and the wording and Elizabeth Craft Designs Travels From The Past stamps with travelling details.

Maura created an altered envelope to transport a special card or gift. She used Stamperia’s Klimt collection and Background papers, Simon Says Stamp’s Holiday Greens stamp set, and added some embellishments using the Art By Marlene Paper Elements Edition 2.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps AIR TRAVEL and Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Spray Set Of 12 Ranger Bundle 1 on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels and Tim Holtz Idea-ology WORD PLAQUES.

Zoey used the newly released Spritz to add some shine to her tag! She used Tim Holtz Mixed Media 2 to add some details and Distress Watercolor Pencils to add details. She used Snapshots and Ideaology stickers to add her story.
