Anne made a beautiful tag using an AALL & Create ‘Blooming Field’ Stamp Set on a subtle stamped background using the versatile Tim Holtz ‘Entomology’ Stamp Set.
Andrea made some floral cards using Paper Rose’s Wildflowers 2 die, their Baby Blue Leaf small die and the Stackable Florals die set from Sizzix. She paired her floral shapes with some patterned paper from Elizabeth Craft Designs called Reminiscence.
Anna-Karin made a colorful art journal page using the Simon Says Stamp Thoughtful Flowers set. The flowers were colored with Dina Wakley Scribble Sticks and the main sentiment comes from the Paper Artsy The Magic & Wonder Edition.
Barbara was inspired by the new stamps from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Dearly Departed to create a Vignette Box themed Halloween. She also used Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous The Professor 2, Mr. Bones, Idea-ology Creepy eyes, Idea-ology Paper Stash Abandoned, Ranger Crackle Paste and a lot of Distress inks to color her project.
Cheiron created a card with the gorgeous floral stamp that is featured in the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Dearly Departed set. She stamped and embossed it, then colored it in with Distress Oxides on a background that was inked with Antique Linen Distress Spray Stain. She added a sentiment from the Random Quotes set and some stitching to finish her card.
Emma created a card using one of her favourite flower die sets, the Sizzix Wildflower Stems set 1 and 2 by Tim Holtz. She added the beautiful botanicals to a textured background created by using Translucent Distress Grit Paste through the Floral Mini Layering Stencil, which is then enamelled with Speckled Egg and Walnut Stain Distress Embossing Glaze.
Kath created an Art Journal page using Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous “very versatile and not just for Halloween” Dearly Departed, Specimen and Examination with the Deco Arch Layering Stencil from the new Halloween release and Wildflower Stems 1, one of her favourite Tim Holtz/Sizzix Thinlits dies.
Macarena made a vintage card using several shades of brown. She stamped the background with Tim Holtz Baroque set and made a composition with Tim Holtz Sizzix Large Stems, Timekeeper and Crochet dies.
Maura‘s art journal spread is all about mushrooms and toadstools this week. She used Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Tiny Toadstools stamp set, Simon Says Stamp Anna’s Flowers set, and Simon Says Stamp Crackle Background stamp in the Ranger Dylusions Dyan Reavely Small Creative Journal.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Scales and Distress Oxide Spray on the background and decorated it with Prima Marketing Sunset Beach Golden Coast Flowers.
Sandra is totally in the Halloween mood and made a spooky botanicals card using Mini Tattered Florals, Garden Greens and the new Spider Web dies. She loved making the Halloween Paper Dolls lady even more creepy by adding Distress Embossing Glaze Fired Brick for her eyes and lips.
Zoey used Distress Crayons to add color to the background, then she cut out some flowers from the Tim Holtz Ideaology Botanical Collage paper. She also used Tim Holtz Ideaology Botanical Layers and Ideaology Clippings to add decoratios.
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
