It is Sheila’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Sheila’s used a Dylusions Black Creative Journal, Paint Pens, an Under The Sea Stamp Set and a Dyalog Stencil Border. She also used a Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink Air Blower and Alcohol Inks for the beautiful flower!

Andrea made a bright bold page in her Dylusions Small Creative Journal. She used Paper Rose’s HUD Sections die and utilized some of her favorite Infusions colors such as Are You Cerise and Sleight Blue. She finished it off with spritzes of Dina Wakley’s Gloss Spray in Mineral and Night.

Anna-Karin created an art journal page to remember beautiful summer evenings. She used Tim Holtz Vellum Scenes and worked in Dina Wakley’s Blue Edition Media Journal. The background is covered with Tim’s Typeset Collage Paper.

Barbara was inspired by Tim Holtz’s Way With Words stamps set for her Art Journal pages. For the background, she used Alcohol inks MonsoonTeakwoodAlloy Statue. She used to complete the pages Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Stencil Sparkle together with Crackle pasteEmbossing Glaze Speckled EggRanger Embossing Powder GoldIdea-ology Found Relatives

Cheiron created a page in her journal centered around a Tim Holtz Photobooth photo, thinking of how much she misses her sister. She used the Stampers Anonymous Stars, Screwed and Mini Stencil Set 48 Layering Stencils with Distress Paints to create her background, and finished her page with some Ephemera, Small Talk stickers, some stamping from Media Marks 2, a few circles cut from Typeset Collage Paper and some handcut hearts.

Kath created an Art Journal page dedicated to her garden, a peaceful calm oasis in this, sometimes crazy running around in circles, world. She used Tim Holtz/Sizzix Stacked Circles Thinlits, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous The Professor 2, Grunged and Faded Type and Idea-ology Typeset Collage Paper, Field Notes Ephemera, Transparent Wings and Clippings Sticker Book on a background of Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Spray

Macarena got lost with stamping and building layers on her background. She used several Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous sets: Glitch 2, Grunged, Baroque and The Professor. For the first layer of the background she chose Tim Holtz Idea-ology Typeset Collage Paper.

Maura headed to her art journal for some crazy fun with Darkroom Door’s Crazy Enough stamp, Carabelle Studio’s Spiral Fantasy Printing Texture plate and Paper Artsy’s Eclectica3 Gwen Lafleur 08 cling stamps.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media art journal page with Simon Says Stamp Stencil Rose Trio and Prima Marketing Beautiful Story Cling Stamp on the background, and decorated it with Idea-Ology Stitched Scraps Embellishments and Found Relatives

Sandra had fun playing in her art journal, and she created a nighty page using Midnight Sky Metallique Paint as main color and Swirly Florals stencil with Texture Paste to add the texture.

Zoey used Distress Paint to color the background of her page, she also used a bunch of Tim Holtz Layering stencils to create some texture in the background. As decoration she used Tim Holtz Typeset collage paper, Paper Dolls, Ideaology Paper stash Paper pad and Tim Holtz Photobooth.

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
