Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Love Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week we are challenging you to add flowers!

Floral Frenzy

As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Prima Marketing You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we are welcoming the lovely Cristina Moriggi aka Rosso Papavero into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!

Cristina created a decorative clipboard for a special friend using a Mini Clipboard Idea Ology Tim Holtz as a base. For the background she used  Prima Marketing Heavy Gesso White and also Prima Marketing Vintage Gold Icing Paste. She applied Decorative Tissue paper from Finnabair and added Prima Marketing flowers to decorate. 

Andrea colored a page of Prima Fruit Paradise paper using Prima Tropicals watercolors. She added even more color with Prima Basics Water Soluble Oil Pastels and added a sentiment from Inky Antics’ Encouraging Words.

Anna-Karin created an Artist Trading Card this week, with a textured backgrund made by adding Prima Mini Art Stones and Crystal Glass Beads. The pretty flowers are Prima Moon Bay Golden Coast flowers.

Barbara this week created a panel coloring the frame with Prima Marketing Metallique Brass Hardware, Acrylic PaintPrima Marketing Bronze Age Metallique WaxPrima Marketing  Vintage Silk Metallique Wax. For the background, she chose Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Stencil BouquetTim Holtz Sizzix Crochet Thinlits Dies and Ranger Ink Embossing powder Mint Chip Speckle.

Cheiron used Prima Pastel Dreams watercolors painted over top of the Tim Holtz Sizzix Bouquet die. She finished her colorful card with the Simon Says Stamp CZ Design Like You stamps and Miss You wafer die.

Emma created a canvas panel celebrating family and used Worn Wallpaper and Crackle Paste on the background before adding a Prima Marketing Petite Round Frame to showcase a Tim Holtz Found Relative vintage photo surrounded by a floral frenzy of Humble and Kind Spring Farmhouse Flowers.

Kath created a card using Prima Salvage District Paintables with Distress Oxide Sprays, Tim Holtz Halftone Layering Stencil with Prima 3D Matte Gel to create the background, added Prima Flowers from her stash with Prima Art Stones as the flower centres and used Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Tiny Text for the sentiment

Lols made a card using a Salvage District Paintables Watercolor 6×6 Paper Pack and a variety of flowers.

Macarena  made another Art Journal pages using Prima Marketing Swirly Florals stencil, Deep Turquoise and Emerald liquid acrylic paints.

Maura was dreaming of the Moon while working on her decor piece, using Prima Marketing Moon Child paper pack, Light Years Moon Child flowers, and Moon Child Metal Trinkets.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Prima Marketing Toronja Fruit Paradise Flowers and Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Butterflies Adornments to decorate the tag. 

Sandra made a spring time card, as that’s her favorite season, and she used the Prima Marketing Swirly Floral stencil, Metallique Paint Golden MossRustic Brown and Metallique Wax Firebird to build up this card. 

Zoey used Prima Marketing Rustic Water Soluble Oil Pastels ,Prima Marketing FINNABAIR 5 Clear Stamp and Prima Marketing READ TO ME Finnabair Clear Stamp to create this tag!

  1. All these cards are amazing! I wanted to pin them all. I had never heard of Rosso Papavero so it was great to look at products from a “new” to me company. What amazing product line.
