This week we are welcoming back the lovely Anne Redfern aka Redanne into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!
Anne loves Halloween and has created a dimensional scene, using the Tim Holtz Fireplace Die, a Found Relative and lots of Idea-ology, set on an Etcetera Tag. Hero Arts Acetate highlights the fire and picture of ‘Dr Bones’ .
Andrea made a tag with butterflies that have clear plastic wings using Judkins Embossable Window Plastic. She created her scene using two stamp sets from Visible Image: Wings of Change and Creative Chaos.
Anna-Karin made an art journal page with a forest theme, stamped with Visible Image Into The Woods set. She stamped the sentiment words on Clearly for Art Modeling Film, colored them with alcohol ink and glued them to the page.
Barbara chose Simon Says Stamp’s Vellum as a transparent element. She has created a tag with Visible image stencil Time Tunnel, Cadaverous stamp set by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous, Distress oxide spray Pumice Stone and Walnut stain, Ranger Alcohol ink Amethyst.
Cheiron created a card with a Distress Ink and Oxide Background and used Ranger Transparent Matte Texture Paste though the Visible Image Meshing Around stencil. She finished her card with a Tim Holtz Sizzix Tattered Butterfly Bigz die and a Quote Chip.
Emma invites you to the Monster Reunion and created a Halloween home decor project that has a clear acrylic background. She used Alcohol Inks and the Visible Image Grate-ful stencil to add interest to her background, together with the Tim Holtz Bat Crazy die and a Halloween Quote Chip.
Kath used Ranger Clear Embossing Powder and Glossy Accents as the clear elements on her card with Visible Image Wings of Change stamps and paper from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Abandoned Paper Stash
Lols made a card using a Somewhere In Time Clear Stamp Set. For the background she used Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks. For the clear elements she heat embossed the image and sentiments with clear embossing powder and added some clear sequins.
Macarena made a card mixing soft and vibrant colors using for a focal point Visible Image How Fragile stamp on the Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks background. She added a butterfly from Visible Image Wing of Change stamp set and a sentiment from Visible Image Look Forward With Hope.
Maura listened to the voices in her head telling her to use Judikins Diamond Glaze and Crafters Companion Acetate sheets with Visible Image’s Skull Shadow stencil and Ahead of our Time stamp set.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media journal page using the Visible Image Daydreamer Clear Stamp and decorated it with the clear Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Facets Dangles.
Sandra made a Halloween card using the Visable Image Skull Stencil and used Distress Ink, Distress Oxide and Distress Crayon to give this card some color. For her clear element she used Sihouette Clear Sticker Paper and colored it with Alcohol Inks.
Zoey used Glimmer of Light and Into The Woods clear stamp sets by Visible Image to decorate this tag. She also used a piece of Lawn Fawn Acetate Clear Sheet to create this clear “crack” in the tag background.
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!

Very nice inspiration from the DT for this new challenge.
Hugs.
Sometime in July I noticed that I stopped getting any comments on challenge entries. I also noticed that for some reason my pin descriptions are only showing on mobile devices not computers. I am not sure if that is effecting my entries. I am not sure where to reach out to ask about this. Can you please confirm that my submission are being entered? I will put egomba on the title of my submission this week. thank you!
Thank you for the fun challenge and wonderful inspirations x
