It’s Nikki’s  last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Nikki from Addicted to Art has created some Christmas cards using parcel tape on her Gell Plate. She used Dina Wakley paints, Prima Mica Powders and Tim Holtz stamp set – Psychedelic Grunge to create strips of printed tape that she then made into embellishment for her cards.

Andrea revamped the cover of her Dylusions Grid Dyalog Insert Book. She used Tim Holtz’s Travel tape, Salvaged tape and Memory Box’s Twas the Night tape.

Anna-Karin covered the entire background of a tag with Design Tape, stickers and sentiment stickers. Placing out the pieces is almost like doing a puzzle. She used Tim Holtz Design Tape and his Christmas Sticker Book.

Barbara used Tim Holtz Christmas Design Tape and Tim Holtz Sizzix Patchwork Bird to create two greeting cards for her friends! She has chosen various stamps and stencil by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous for the backgrounds: Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Lumberjack set, Mini stencil 44 and Modern Christmas set.

Cheiron used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas Design Tape as a border on her card panel along with stamps from the Stampers Anonymous Modern Christmas and Into the Woods stamp sets to create her modern Christmas card. She finished it with tons on Idea-ology Metallic Droplets to create the baubles on her tree.

Emma created a Christmas Story and used Tim Holtz’s Christmas Design Tape to add decorative edges to her vintage style Medium Etcetera Tag. She added a Small Woodland Tree, complete with Bauble Findings, placed next to a photo taken from Tim’s Found Relatives Photo Set.

Kath created Christmas cards with matching gift bags using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas Design Tape, the sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Believe stamp set and die-cut Kate Snowflakes on Schoolhouse Red and Neenah Desert Storm cardstock.

Lols made a set of Christmas cards using a Tim Holtz Modern Christmas Cling Stamp Set and Christmas Design Tape.

Macarena  made a vintage Xmas card using her favorite Simon Says Stamp Large Gnome die and used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Halloween tape as a frame of her card.

Maura added Carta Bella washi tape to her Christmas cards, using the Icy Snowflakes, Winter Floral and Home Again Floral to make a hill for the Stamping Bella Two Gnomes on a Log.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Vintage Design Tape on the background and decorated it using Tim Holtz Chatter Design Tape and Sizzix Geo Christmas Thinlits Dies. 

Sandra made a card with the Swirly Florals stencil and added color with Nuvo Shimmer Powders and Metallique Paint. She placed the Official Stripe Washi tape almost in the middle of her card and gave it shade with Distress Crayon Black Soot.

Zoey used a mix of Dina Wakley Ranger BLANK TAPE Media, Tim Holtz Idea-ology SALVAGED Design Tape , Tim Holtz Idea-ology ELEMENTARY Design Tape to create texture in her background – she also used a bunch of pieces from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Ephemera Pack EXPEDITION, Tim Holtz Idea-ology LAYERS REMNANTS.
