You’re Beautiful

Hi readers! Happy Monday to you! I can’t think of a better way to beat the rainy day blues (here in Ohio), than with this gorgeous and brightly colored card by the very talented Pamela Ho! Read on below to see how she created the card and the Paper Smooches stamps & dies that brought this design to life!

When I saw Paper Smooches Kudos word die, I immediately wanted to use it as a stencil and try my hand again with the embossing paste.  I cut out a few pieces using the “beautiful” die and adhered them together.  I temporarily adhered it down in the middle of the cardstock and slapped on some colored embossing paste with my palette knife.  I finished the card off with a simple stamped “you’re” using Blossoming Buds.

Thanks for reading today and thanks to Pamela for being our fabulous guest!

  1. Wow–great job colouring your embossing paste! It makes for a great dimensional yet still one-layer card. I love that idea of using the word-dies as a reverse stencil.

  2. This is stunning. I still do not understand how you created it though. It is awesome project though!
