You Mean the World to Me

Happy Thursday! Today I have a card that I made using the Lawn Fawn Wish You Were Here stamp set and Copic Markers

I stamped the globe and colored it with Copic Markers. Then I masked off the globe and added Sea Glass ink dots using the Medium Dots stencil. The green background was stamped in Green Apple ink on Green Apple cardstock.

And just because it’s fun, I decided to coat the globe with Clear Wink of Stella shimmer and then Glossy Accents. :)

Also, don’t forget there is a Copic sale right now!

    1. Cute card. Is it weird that when ever I come to SSS blog and see an image I know right away if it’s your card or not? I appreciate your style and love of your job. Thanks for being such a great inspiration.

  1. Wonderful card – love the techniques you used. And we haven’t seen you use your blender pen for a long time ….. fun to break out tools you haven’t used for a while. :)

  2. Thanks for the clear step-by-step instructions for a really great card. I love the combination of Wink of Stella and glossy accents.

  3. It’s the little things that make this card so great. The curved lines to match the globe and the glossy accents to define it more. This is the first time I have seen the wink of stella up close. Often I could see it being used but couldn’t see the results. Great card!

  4. LOVELY card and FABULOUS tutorial!!!

LOTS of new techniques for me to try – THANK YOU for the inspiration :)

  5. Terriffic card. I must file this away for my masculine valentine card. Love how the globe looks with the glossy accent.

  6. Not sure it took my comment about all things I’m excited about with the products, techniques, inspiration, ALL of it. If it did show 1st comment, so sorry for repeat, (can just delete this one)
Just wanted to make sure to wish luck to all and to me!! :) :)

  7. Love this card! I adore anything on Kraft card stock so this one is right up my alley. Love the Glossy Accents over the globe…nice touch!

  8. Kristina! It never fails to amaze me how you can take a very simple image and turn it into a spectacular one. Great card!
