Introducing: Work It Wednesday
Hello and welcome to a brand new feature we’ll be doing on the blog for 2014 called: Work It Wednesday! How cute is Simon in his workout gear?!?
I’m sure you’re wondering what Work It Wednesday is, so let me explain. On the last Wednesday of every month, we want to see what you’re creating! The Simon Says Stamp community is so very talented, and we want to see more of your cards and projects every month.
We thought this would be a great way for all of you to ‘stretch your creative muscles’ and share what you’ve been working on. Therefore we’re giving you a little challenge (nothing too labor intensive), and you’ll have until the following month to share what you’ve made. Please limit entries to 3 per month.
Who knows? We may pick some random participants throughout the month to win a Simon Says Stamp grab bag and we may even share some of your cards in the monthly Simon Says Stamp newsletter!
Since it’s a new year and a new feature here on the blog, the January Work It Wednesday challenge will be for you to use something new! A new stamp, a new die, a new anything!! Once you’re done creating, share your project below!
Now what are you waiting for? WORK it! ;)
Sounds like a great work out…one that I can handle LOL!!! Great idea!
Ooohhh this sounds like fun. What a great idea!!!!!!!! How many work outs are we allowed to link.??????
Hi Anja,
You can link up to 3 projects per month! ;)
How how fun, and perfect! Because I make so many projects every month, but a lot of the time they don’t qualify for the Challenges. So this is a great way to still share them!
Such a fun idea! :)
This is a fun idea!
I’ve got a few new stamps that have yet to be used, so maybe I’ll challenge myself to use them creatively in Feburary.
You say Share your project below…..How can I upload pictures here?
Hi Gabriela,
To share your projects, you can add the link to your card in the Inlinkz collection at the bottom of the post. ;)
Hmm! Sounds interesting, can’t wait to see what people submit

Sounds like a fun way of working out, and I agree that Simon looks super cute in his outfit. I’m assuming that all creations need to be new (no backlinking)?
Yes, please share new projects! ;)
What a great way to share more awesome creations, and of course the generosity do SSS is always so nice! Thanks for the chance to win!
How much fun! Can it be any new product we have or just SSS products? Hugs Traci

Hi Michele!
You can post your cards for the current month until the next month’s Work It Wednesday starts. It will always be on the last Wednesday of the month. ;)
I’m so glad it’s Friday- I am itching to play with some of these designs this weekend!
Thank you for another wonderful challenge! You keep us hopping!! Hugs, Darnell

Don’t have to ask twice – just got a nice box of goodies.
Great idea, for a challenge
Great idea, I love challenges as it’s good to try out new things. And loving Simon in his workout gear too.
Yes, Simon looks great in workout clothes. I have not been feeling well this month but was finally able to make a card yesterday and post it. Sound like a great new monthly challenge. I love seeing what everyone else created. Thanks for sharing.
