Spring is in the air and the flowers are going to be in full bloom! That means we are also ready to make something beautiful. Today I’m happy to share with you a couple of watercolor flower cards that I’ve made using my all time favorite Best Mom Ever stamp set.

For my first card, I stamped the flowers and leaves from Best Mom Ever set onto watercolor paper using VersaFine Pigment Ink Vintage Sepia. I then watercoloured them with Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick, Wild Honey, Mowed Lawn, Crushed Olive Distress inks using a paint brush. Once dry, I die cut the left-hand corner of the watercoloured panel using Wavy Scallop Stitches die, then mounted the panel on top-folded Fog Gray card base using dimensional foam tape. For the sentiment die cut, I heat embossed the word “Prayers” with  gold embossing powder.

For my second card, I made the same way but used different colours. I stamped the flowers and leaves from Best Mom Ever set onto watercolour paper using VersaFine Pigment Ink Smokey Grey and then watercoloured them with Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Stormy Sky, and Pumice Stone Distress inks.
