Does everyone know that when you place an order that includes a “reserve” item, that the entire order will be held up until the “reserve” item is back in stock? I didn’t. I placed an order on Nov. 6th for 8 items, one of them was a “reserve” item. Instead of sending the remaining in stock items immediately the entire order has been “processing” for 17 days. Now, after 17 days, my account info says the order is “complete”. So I attempted to track the order to see when I can expect delivery, but when I submit the tracking number there is no response. Are you kidding? Your customer service is horrible.
