The Best of Summer

Hi readers! Happy Sunday to you! I’m so thrilled to welcome another first time Simon blog guest designer to our readers! Welcome, Pam Sparks! She has made 2 incredibly beautiful cards with a mixture of Memory Box products! I’ll stop chatting so you can start enjoying!

Inspiration for my cards… Summer!  The view I see when I’m working on my Memory Box cards…a beautiful Summer day.

One of our son-in-law’s birthday was this week and he loves to grill!

We had a tart cherry tree in our backyard when I was growing up.  Lots of fond memories of making pies with my mom.

  7. Great cards, Pam. I can’t wait to see them IRL at club in a couple of weeks. The cherry card makes me want to go bake a pie and eat it all !!!!

  8. Congrats on your first Guest Design spot here! LOVE your cards, the first one is amazing with all the different dies and layers of the card design, and the cherries and beautiful crisp cardstock is so nice and clean! Great work :)

  9. Love this card! I grew up in the Cherry Capital of the World, Traverse City, Michigan. The National Cherry Festival is starting next weekend, and this card is too perfect!

  10. Both cards are fantastic! The grill scene is so detailed! Love the simple design with the cherries repeated over and over.

  11. What fun cards! I’m so glad you featured Pam!! She’s quite the wonderful designer! Love the layered bbq card, but the full-on cherry card is my favorite! Wow! I can see I’ll be putting those dies in my cart really soon. Just wonderful.

  12. The cherry card is so cute! I always loved cherries on a white background. It looks just like a shirt that I have.

  13. We had a cherry tree in our backyard growing also, I helped my Dad plant it. We made preserves out of ours. I already follow by email.

  14. Amazing cards! The cherry card is gorgeous and I love the dimension in the scene of the birthday card. Fabulous dies!

  15. Both of your cards are lovely. The scene on the first one is just amazing…so much detail. And I love the crisp, clean look of the second one. The textured card stock is gorgeous paired with the smooth cherries. And your story about memories of making pies with your mom, was very sweet. Thanks for sharing!
