We spotted this beautiful, clean and simple balloon card on Andreea’s DIY Craftyscraps blog! She used the Simon Says Stamp exclusive Balloon Dies and our Paper Hugs stamp set to make a bold statement on her pretty Valentine’s Day creation. We love how all that red pops right off the page!  Visit Andreea on her blog, or on Instagram!
