  1. That’s a fabulous card and a cute village border set. It’s always great to see way to save our projects when things go awry. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. Great card! I’ve made striped backgrounds like this, too, and love how they look. I really like how you stamped the colorful sentiment.

  3. I love using decorative papers in my cards. They’re always a great starting point. I like your white die cut border. It really makes the paper stand out!

  4. I just came from Nicole’s blog and told here that this card was great and colourful! I love this kit to share with crafty friends.

  5. Love the card and I love the striped background! Loving this kit and can’t wait to get my hands on my kit!!! Thanks for sharing

  6. Love this card Nichol, those trees and houses are adorable.
BTW, you can use a regular ruler to put under a stamp to hold it upright and in place so you can pick it up with the positioner. Or the Creative Corner “L” shaped ruler. (I realize you weren’t using the MISTI so you probably didn’t want to do that ?.) At any rate it is a fantastic card and you did a great job on it as always.

  7. Nice card. I would not have thought to make a border with those houses and trees – Thanks for sharing your creativity!

  8. I am going to have keeping notes on tips and tricks for scraps. This was a very cute card made out of scraps and looks so put together. Terrific job Nichole!

  9. Nichol always does a great job on all her cards! Thanks for another helpful video showing how to use this awesome card kit!

  10. Such a great card and really fun kit. Thanks for sharing the name of that tool you were using to pick up the sequins – it looks really handy!
