Poinsettia Gift Card with Shari
Happy Die-Cember™ the 3rd! It’s Shari here with a card idea using a couple fabulous Tim Holtz/Sizzix dies. I created a gift card holder using the Tag and Bookplates die which I have manipulated to hold the gift card and fit perfectly on my card.
I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the Tim Holtz Poinsettia die! I cut out the flower using Simon Says Stamp Khaki card stock (YUM) and colored it with Distress inks. I’ve had visions of covering this flower with Rock Candy Distress Glitter which allows the color to come through and be delicously glittery!
To finish things off, I mounted everything onto an Olive card stock. I’ve put together a video with the complete process.
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you’re having a great week. Enjoy!
Oh how I love your card today! Off to watch the video. I see the poinsettia is out of stock, but I’m going to have it for next year! Glad I didn’t buy a different die yet. Thanks for the inspiration!
