  3. I’ve used stencils mostly on walls. some on cards with pastels or running them thru embossing machine. Have also made a few of my own. In prep for this class I purchased 3 from SSS and have been practicing with paste and really need to see how you gals do it as my results are anything but consistent. See ya on the 24th

  6. Falling snow is getting a lot of use right now–also love Chevron Pattern–but Mosaic Heart looks really intriguing… So many beautiful stencils on the market right now it’s almost impossible to choose.

  8. My favorite stencil is by Heidi Swapp. It has scattered hearts on one side and stars on the opposing end. So pretty :)

  11. I just ordered the Kelly Purkey Feathers dies and can’t wait to try them! I also ordered the Kelly Purkey Triangles die. I’m not sure I can pick a favorite, but these two look so fun!

  12. My favorite stencils are anything to do with Christmas such as trees, snowflakes, wreaths, candy canes, etc.

  13. I mostly use my stencils with Grunge Paste for texture. But also on cards, and would love new ideas so would love to win a place on this class

  14. I have 2 stencils in my “collection” and haven’t used either one yet. I’d love to win this class and put them to use! Maybe then I’d get more as I love the look of them!

  15. I don’t have many stencils yet, but 2 of my favorites are your little snowflake one that was in the December Card Kit, and also a big snowflake one by Dyan Reaveley called Let It Snow. I love the results, and would love to learn how to get even more use out of my stencils!

  19. My favorite stencil is the chicken wire/ hexagon shape. It gives a vintage look to my creations. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to learn new techniques with stencils!

  20. Okay, I confess, I’m girly and therefore partial to my floral stencils and my brocade and damask inspired types. Yes, true, that’s the majority of my stencils, but please, don’t make me pick just one!

  21. I have to say that I don’t use my stencils enough. But I got some great new Tim Holtz ones with more masculine feel and I’m hoping to use those more often.

  24. I have a stencil of stars but I’ve not used it yet. I’ve seen so many stencils used on projects lately and they really whet my appetite to play with them – but I haven’t gotten there yet. Hopefully I’ll win this class and I’ll jump in with both feet. Thanks.

  29. I have one stencil, Tim Holtz Burlap, purchased before Christmas which I have yet to use. I could really use this class! LOL Thanks for the chance to win.

  30. I love the Tim Holtz Burlap stencil. It works for all types of cards and gives a dense enough background to set off the design but not over power the design.

  31. I have a stencil I used this holiday season that was designed by Tim Holtz. I used it on blue sky as snowflakes. I look forward to seeing how the instructors in thus class use them.
