New Twist on the Popular Blackout Embossing Folder Technique!
Hey friends, it’s Nina-Marie Trapani here with you! I’m sharing a twist on the “blackout” embossing folder technique that is super hot right now. For my projects, I am using our Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks and our new Beaufort Floral Frame embossing folder.
I also used our Simon Says Stamp Large Happy Birthday die and Bold Birthday sentiment strips to add greetings to each of the cards.
The blackout technique gives a completely different look to your embossed designs—and by using this twist on the idea, you get to change the feel of the card by using a combination of colors. I just love it!
