Welcome, everyone!! I’m in the mood for bold and bright colors. I’ve created this piece based on unusual inspiration from an advertisement for amazing-colored pants (below). How do you find inspiration?
I first painted the background, working the colors in rainbow order using a dry brush (no water). Then I stamped and die-cut the hearts from the Tim Holtz Watercolor stamp set, and Simon Says Stamp coordinating dies. I placed the hearts over complementary colors for more contrast.
