Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

Well hello there!

I hope you are having a great October!  I just decorated my house for Halloween, but if you are like many card makers you might be focused on Christmas already!  Do you make your own Christmas cards?  I’m going to attempt to this year, but I’d better get started soon!  : )  Luckily, I have a great place to go for inspiration: the Wednesday Challenge theme this week is Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!   Will you join us?

  1. Just took a class on holiday cards. Will be fun to try out what I learned. Great samples here!

  2. Love the designs and layouts! The snow embossing folder is perfect!! I can’t wait to start Christmas cards…..they are my favorite to make.

  3. Fabulous cards! I’ve already made about three dozen holiday cards (for the troops) but have at least that much again for my own family and friends!!

  4. Love these cards! My favorite is the vintage Frosty card! Thanks for the chance to win!

  5. I have most of my Christmas cards finished already, plus I did some for Operation Write Home. I just can’t stop, though! With all of the amazing inspiration, I guess I will get a big jump on next year’s cards. Especially for the OWH cards! I love making the holiday cards!

  6. Yes I make my own Christmas cards and at this point have sooo many ideas. Thanks for the inspiration, these are great.

  7. these cards are so cute makes me want all of the products used thanks for the inspiration

  8. I do make my own Christmas cards, but not for everyone, I don’t think everyone would appreicate the time I put into them and just look at them & toss them so for those people I send them a store bought card, but for all the others I make about four different style of cards so not everyone gets the same one.

  9. I love to make Christmas cards. Using Santa and snowmen are a lot of fun. The cards featured here are great.

  10. Great card ideas! But it’s a tad early for me to think about Christmas – I have to get my Thanksgiving cards made first!

  11. Lovely cards today. Yes, I have been working on which design I will use this year. So much inspiration out there that I’m having a hard time focusing on just one style. Also working on my Halloween cards, but not much time left! I better get a move on…

  12. Wow…awesome cards. I just love all three. Great ideas and inspiration! Thanks so much for sharing with us!

  13. Great and fabulous cards! Love the snowman, and the colors! I have every intention every year of making my own cards, but procrastination is my middle name and I usually run out of time and a couple years didn’t even send cards! *gasp*

  14. Christmas was the reason I started making cards. I wanted something different and original so there was no other way but making it my self :-). Love that snowman card.

  15. oohh.. I’ve been wanting some snowman cards. they are all beautiful. Hopefully, I can make a snowman card this year.

  16. I have actually started my cards but am in a little bit of a quandry. I made 12 different cards as samples now I have to choose which one will be “the” one that I send out. oh me

  17. Aren’t these cards gorgeous! From vintage to whimsical, they’re filled with delight and inspiration! Yes, I’m planning to make my own cards this year, but narrowing down the ‘what’ is soooo challenging, in only the best of ways! Perhaps a ‘something different’ for everyone on my list! Thanks for sharing!

  18. Usually Christmas is left until after Halloween but this year I have been doing a regular challenge to make up to five cards a month. I have made over 30 so far and am finding christmas challenges all over the place. I think this approach takes the stress out of it. Would recommend to everyone. Love these cute and fun cards. The frosty snowman stamp is a hoot

  19. What neat Christmas cards these make. And there is such a varied design, yet each is as super as the next—good inspiration!
