Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

Well hello there!

I hope you are having a great October!  I just decorated my house for Halloween, but if you are like many card makers you might be focused on Christmas already!  Do you make your own Christmas cards?  I’m going to attempt to this year, but I’d better get started soon!  : )  Luckily, I have a great place to go for inspiration: the Wednesday Challenge theme this week is Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!   Will you join us?

  1. Thanks for the nudge and inspiration to get started on y xmas cards. Love Lorraine’s kitty under the tree card.

  2. Every year I start my Christmas cards. More times then not, I have to go buy them because the project takes way longer then anticipated! :) I need to think smaller. This challenge should give me ideas. Thanks for today’s inspiration and nudge.

  3. I’d decided on snowmen this year for my cards, but hadn’t figured out a design yet. Thanks for the inspiration!! All the cards are winners.

  4. Stunning DT Cards. Fabulous for Christmas. I’ve already started makind mine lol.
    Thanks so much for sharing.

  5. Wonderful Christmas cards! I love the snow drifts and falling snow on the snowman card! I’ve started making mine, but have a long way to go before I’m finished!

  6. embossing paste snow! flippin cute!
you can also do larger areas with the paste & sprinkle Tim’s distress rock candy glitter over the wet paste for a great effect.
    well done!

  7. In past years, I’ve made some cards and used some store bought cards. This year, I’m making all that we send out. These are great inspiration!

  8. If what you mean by “make your own cards” is “choose-a-photo-and-a-nice-photocard-frame-and-add-text”, then yes, I make my own. But clearly, based on these beauties, you have something much finer and more lovingly created in mind! I wish I had the patience and skill to make cards like this to send to all my family and friends, but even though I don’t, I certainly appreciate them!

  9. These are adorable! I have made a few Christmas cards already but am not planning to make them all this year.

  10. Such wonderful cards :) Its a good time to start planning those Christmas cards. We will be busy when the time comes rolling in and its definitely good to have some on hand!

  11. Wonderful looking cards.
I’ve still got to make my
    Halloween cards!
