Funny Friday with Art Impressions: Mini Slimline Gullfriend Cards!
Hello friends, it’s Nina-Marie Trapani here with a new installment of our popular Funny Friday series featuring Art Impressions!
I’m making two mini slimline cards with the adorable Gull-Friends set. These colorful cards also feature our brand new, Waves Builder cling. This pull-apart cling stamp makes it so easy to create custom patterns and backgrounds.
I used a combination of Duckling, Sunkissed, Jellybean, and Scuba for one of the cards, and Sea Glass, Maliblue, Scuba, and High Dive on the other.
Each card features some fun sentiments from both Art Impressions’ Gull-Friends and Simon’s Tropical Silhouettes stamp sets. I also included embellishments from the Rainbow Bright and Sea Glass sequin mixes.
These trendy mini slimline cards using the Gull-Friends set from Art Impressions are perfect to send for the upcoming summer season! Be sure to watch the video to see how they were created! Happy Funny Friday!

Adorable cards that tickled my “funny bone”.
Awesome card, love the background!
Super Cute cards!!!
Really great cards … I love the colours
Great cards! Love your designs and colors! We live on Cape Cod, so we are no strangers to sea gulls stealing French fries from us lol They are aggresive and know what they like :)
Terrific cards, beautiful colours used. When my son was two we were at the coast for a few days, he had been eating a chocolate ice cream, it was huge. A seagull had been watching him for a while, so my son decided as he’s eaten enough for him the seagull could have the rest. With no warning my son threw the ice cream & it landed ontop of the gull. I don’t know who was more shocked,me or the gull, but at least the gull ate it all off himself x
Such a fun background and images, love the palette used on this design.
