Filled With Love Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to the Filled With Love blog hop!

Valentine’s Day (aka the holiday of love!) is quickly approaching, and we thought it would be fun to have a little blog hop sharing one of the newest Simon Says Stamp releases called Filled With Love.
This stamp and die set is the result of a new partnership between Simon Says Stamp and Mama Elephant and is available exclusively at Simon Says Stamp!
The fun jar and candy images, along with all of the great sentiments, are perfect for creating all of your valentine’s cards and sweet treats!

HowSweetItIs

A little bit about how I created the gift bag:

For the first stop on the hop, I have a fun little gift bag to share that’s filled with yummy candy to give to that special valentine. I used the We R Memory Keepers Gift Bag punch board to create the bag with Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass cardstock and then die-cut the jar from the front before I adhered it together.

I stamped the jar image onto a piece of acetate with jet black Staz-on ink and then adhered it on the inside of the gift bag. I put a little bag of cinnamon hearts inside that you can see through the jar, (I wanted it to look like they were in the jar), and then tied the bag closed with some ribbon.

I decorated the bag by stamping on it with the Simon Says Stamp Drawn Heart background stamp and then added a smaller stamped heart to the center of the jar and added a sentiment banner on top of the heart. I added some twine and a wood veneer heart to complete the gift bag.

The next stop on the hop is Nichol Magouirk

  5. We also feel, like many users who design the 7808u is getting outdated, time for Gateway to bring in new ideas. Gaming laptops are usually big, massive, beefy systems that ooze adrenaline, neon lights and, occasionally, energy drinks.

  6. What a fun ‘sweet’ card. Love the idea of stamping on acetate to make the jar look like glass. I’m always inspired by you clever people. Thankyou so much for sharing your talent with us all xxx
