EZ with CZ: Ink Blended Encouragement Card

Hi friends! Happy Saturday and Happy National Scrapbook Day! If you’re looking for our giveaway, click or tap here. And then come back to this gorgeous card tutorial! Be sure to watch the video for all the details and enjoy!

Hello crafty friends! Cathy Z. here with another easy card project and today, we’re just creating a simple, ink blended background with a classic emboss resist technique!
If you haven’t tried ink blending with the Pawsitively Saturated Ink collection, I’m telling you this: they blend beautifully!

Emboss resist is such a fun way to create a colorful background using any patterned stamp. I love this floral pattern on the Flower Frenzy Cling, and it’s perfect for this cheery encouragement card.

Also, if you’ve never tried my way of using a cling stamp in a Misti stamp positioner, give it a try! It really is a great way to get wonderful impressions onto your cardstock.
Here is my video showing you how I created the card:

Really Beautiful card!!!
Pretty card, loved the colors you used for ink blending. Makes you think of Spring, especially with the flowers. Thank you.
This is stunning
It is absolutely beautiful! The gradient effect is so smooth, and the sentiment perfectly complements the design. It’s inspiring to see how creativity and thoughtful design can bring a simple card to life. As a student, I’ve recently started crafting as a way to relax, and this post gives me so many ideas to try out for myself. I also came across this article about paperdon, which has been a lifesaver for staying organized with my studies. Balancing academics with hobbies like crafting can be tough, but finding inspiration like this helps keep everything in perspective. This card is a reminder that even small gestures can have a big impact.
