A Creature Was Stirring Pop Up Christmas Card

Hi friends! I’m delighted to welcome special guest Kara Pogreba to our blog as a guest! She is one of the AWESOME designers on the Lawn Fawn team, and we are honored that she has made this gorgeous and festive card for us to share! Read on and enjoy!

The Lawn Fawn mice are busy in the kitchen baking up sweet treats for Christmas!

The kitchen scene was set with a stenciled subway tile backsplash using Lawn Fawn’s Let It Shine pattern paper, ink blended with Speckled Egg Distress Ink through Lawn Fawn’s Brick stencil. The marbled counter was created with shaving cream and a few drops of Distress Ink reinkers. The cabinets were constructed with Lawn Fawn’s Woodgrain Cardstock in white and Lawn Fawn’s Silver metallic cardstock for the handles.

All of the images were stamped in Lawn Fawn’s Jet Black ink and colored with Copic markers.

Once everything was baked, the mice went inside the card to finish decorating their cakes and cookies! Lawn Fawn’s Pop Up Be Merry sets the foundation for the scene.
