Been looking forward to today! Laura makes the most beautiful cards and always has terrific tips. I have to say, I haven’t tried the new Simon inks. Now she has me convinced that I need to try them…thanks Laura and awesome job! ?
wow! What a terrific video! Laura always make us some magic, but reviewing all of these techniques here is a huge inspiration. She mentioned a video by Nian_Marie about various sandwiches for embossing folders….I guess I missed that and would love the link. Thanks so much for all this great info….and wonderful Laura.
Hi Maureen! We’re delighted you enjoyed day 1! Lots more to come too! I believe this is the video you are referring to? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBuGL37Rrvw&t=1s
Thanks, Laura!
These are great!
I loved this video so much! I have been wanting circle masks and stencils and didn’t even realize this set existed! Right into my cart it goes.
Loved this video and what to do with the SSS inks. I do have to get some of these as have heard nothing but great things about them. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us.
I think you should do long videos like this more often!!! I love your Beautiful cards, Laura!!!
Hi, SSS and Laura Fadora/ Laura B –
Thanks for this terrific video. Love all! I agree w/ you about which side of the embossed / debossed card looked better – and I have been at that place where I’m just debating: Trash it and try something else OR try this and that to salvage? I loved it once you put the flicks on the pear/surf card. I think that really MADE the card and I am not one to flick every card that comes down the pike, ya know what I mean, jelly bean?
Anyway, we heard a lot of the greatest hits from ‘gets me out of bed in the morning’ to ‘craft slash dining room’ (although that’s from CZ’s highlight reel) — no singing, which was unusual… nice longer length for this tutorial and I, for one, am not complaining!!
Thanks for the video and the reminders about tried and true techniques!!
