Hi there crafty friends! It’s Cheiron here with another tutorial using Tim Holtz products. Today I am sharing a card using the Festive Collage stamps and pairing them with the new Festive Collage Dies from Simon Says Stamp. I love that there are coordinating dies for these stamps now, they really make the design pop on a card. 

For this card, I am using Simon Says Stamp Cotton Candy Cardstock. To begin I cut 2 panels to 3 ¾ x 5 and stamped the Festive Collage image in Black Soot Distress Ink onto each panel. Then I took one of the panels and colored it in with Distress Watercolor Pencils in Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron and Festive Berries. Once I colored the image in, I took a Ranger Detailer Water brush and moved the pigment around, this really makes the pigment activate and since we are using such a small amount of water, it does not seem to affect the cardstock. 

Once my image was all colored in, I lined up the die, taped it down then cut it with my die cut machine. I used the thin Simon Says Stamp foam squares to adhere the cut-out leaves on top of the second stamped panel.  Once my leaves were adhered, I decided to splatter the panel with both Picket Fence and Black Soot Distress Paint. After I added the paint, I decided to add a stamp from the Postmarked Sticker Book then added a bit more splatter. I added a sentiment sticker from the Tim Holtz Christmas Sticker Book to the panel then adhered it to my card base with foam tape. 

As a finishing touch, I added some glossy accents to the berries and sprinkled some Rock Candy Chunky Glitter on top. I love having these coordinating dies to add that bit of dimension to my projects, and I can’t wait to use these throughout the holiday season!
