Welcome, everyone!! I hope you’re having an enjoyable Saturday. I’m here today to share a mixed medium project I’ve created with a white, snowy, winter theme.

I’m not typically a gold person, but I thought it was appropriate for this project. I’ve used the new Tim Holtz Sizzix Festive Bouquet and Holiday Brushstroke Thinlits dies to create my floral arrangements. I’ve used Simon’s Ivory cardstock for the flowers and created my own background for the greens.

I’ve used a little trick I learned years ago from Tim to add gold gilding to the floral elements and frame. I’ve used Simon Says Stamp Glue Stick with Gemini gold foil for a distressed gilding look. This technique paired very well with the Joyous Christmas die cut from Simon Says Stamp Matte Gold Cardstock.
