Animation: Simon Says Stamp Card Kit Reveal and Inspiration
It’s card kit reveal day and boy do we have a special one for you called Animation! We have a unique stamp set in this kit designed exclusively for us by Uchi Designs. What is different about these stamps is that they become animated when a grid sheet is placed over top and is moved back and forth.
We’ve pack this kit full of items including: a moving gift card slider, 12-4×6” sheets Illustrated Faith designer papers from their Basic collection, 1-Numbers and 1-Happy Things acetate sheet by Illustrated Faith. Our cardstocks include; 2 sheets of Simon Says Stamp 120# White, 1 sheet each of Navy, Doll Pink, and Green Apple. You will also get 1 box of 12 fine line markers by Crayola and 2 exclusive to Simon Say Stamp Watercolor cards by Suzy Plantamura.
Debby Hughes created a beautiful animated card using the flamingo stamp image with a die cut tag. She paired other papers and flamingo imagery to tie everything together.
Yana Smakula used the Cactus watercolor sheet designed by Suzy Plantamura with watercolor paints to create a bright and cheery Spring card.
I cut row of numbers from one of the Illustrated Faith acetate sheets to create a peek through birthday card. I cut out a pair of sunglasses to add above the “3” to denote the birthday age.
I have filmed a video of the walkthrough so you can see everything in action. View it below or on our YouTube channel HERE.

Yo Ho Ho: Happy Birthday!
Hi there! Elena here, and so thrilled to be back here to share with you a fun card featuring Neat and Tangled products.
I used a set that I illustrated for the latest release, Yo Ho Ho. I drew a boy and a girl pirate, and also included some cute animals who are dressed up for pirate fun! For today’s card, I made a peekaboo opening using the Making Waves die set, and placed the pull-toy-ship on the inside of the card. Because of its size, it looks like it’s floating in the distance. I got this idea from a card that a fellow Design Team Keeway made last month, I loved it so much. She had the cat and dog at the forefront, instead of the boy and girl. The curved banner is from Mermazing, another Neat and Tangled set, and fits top of the curve so perfectly. I carefully cut away the sentiment that was inside the banner to begin with, and now I can use it for so many other cards. If you decide to cut apart your own stamps, just be careful! But it isn’t as scary as it seems.
I hope you like what I’ve shared here today!
