Andrea made this faux-Rolodex type of card using AALL & Create’s Galactic Edges die set and their Heartnook die set. She also did some stamping with Elizabeth Craft Designs’ Measurements stamp set. The sentiment is from Dina Wakley’s Typed Media Ledgers, Set 1.
Anna-Karin made a winter/Christmas card this week. The two cute snowmen were die cut with Simon Says Stamp Arthur the Snowman and Oliver the Snowman. The background as made with the Simon Says Stamp EZ Strips Rectangles die in combination with Rock Candy Glitter.
Barbara got into the Christmas spirit and created two tags using different die cuts: Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Winter Wishes Thinlits Dies and Simon Says Stamp Home For Christmas Wafer Dies. She used various stamp sets to complete the tags, including Home For Christmas by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. To color she chose Ranger Distress Ink Pads in traditional Christmas colors.
Emma created a background on her Etcetera Tag project using the snowflake die from the Sizzix Vault Winter Wishes Thinlits Die Set by Tim Holtz. She added more die cuts using the Vault Festive Wreath to cut and create dimension to the floral arrangement on the left of the tag before completing her make with a Paper Doll wrapped up in his scarf made with idea-ology Mummy Cloth Trimming.
Kath created a winter card using Simon Says Stamp Postage Collage Cover and Festive Snowman dies from the DieCember release and Willow Snowflake die to create a sparkling centrepiece. She stamped the snowflake from Home For The Holidays and sentiment from the Winter Wonderland stamp sets.
Macarena prepared a set of tags to be attached to the Chritmas gifts. She used the sweet Tim Holtz Sizzix DieCember Be of Good Cheer dies. She cut out small frames with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vintage Labels dies and added some greenery with Penny Black Ascending die.
Maura was thinking of all the snowbirds who head south around this time of the year. She made a tag using Simon Says Stamp’s Standing Whirl Bird die, added marks with Paper Artsy Kate Crane KC005 stamps on top of a painted background using Dina Wakley acrylic paints like Lime and Peacock.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Backdrops on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Sizzix DieCember Be of Good Cheer and Tim Holtz idea-ology 2024 Christmas Layers and Paper Dolls.
Zoey used Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Festive Wreath Thinlits to decor her tag. She also used Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paste Translucent and a bunch of distress ink spray. For her sentiment she used Tim’s Stickers and to add some more shine, she used Distress Mica Stain.
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
