Thom mounted a piece of fabric from Tim Holtz Green Collage Eclectic Elements Palette and cut some different heart shapes, stitched around the edges, attached some buttons and Idea-ology Hitch Fasteners. He chose a Paper Doll from Idea ology Portraits mounted him on an Idea ology Baseboard Frame, colored with Distress Crayons and added Idea ology Adornment. He finished with an Idea ology Theory Quote

Andrea incorporated black stitching into her tag, which was cut using AALL & Create’s Tag it Yourself die set. She also used Seth Apter’s Borderlines die set and Dina Wakley’s Dotted Tape stencil. The “become legendary” sentiment is from Mama Elephant’s Spell Abilities stamp set.

Anna-Karin made a card with three file folders and four double-sided tags. The edges of the file folders were handstitched. The folders were die cut with Tim Holtz Vault Noteworthy and were stamped with stamps from his School Desk and Ultimate Grunge sets.

Barbara created a tag using a Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stencil, Screwed, for the background, along with Ranger Ink Distress Grit Paste Translucent and Distress Ink Spray Stain and Oxide. The other parts of the tag were cut with Sizzix Seth Apter Borderlines and Roundabouts dies. At the center, she chose Idea-Ology Entomology Adornments. She added some stitching to complete the project.

Cheiron created some tags in the most recent Simon Says Stamp Create Together class with Tim Holtz. She added lots of layers of Tim Holtz Idea-ology Ephemera from the Christmas in July Paper Bundle, that she adhered to each tag with Distress Collage Medium. She added Paper Dolls from the Christmas in July Paper Bundle along with Spellbinders Splatter White Opaque, and stitching around all of her tags.

Kath created a layered collage style card using Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Serendipity Collage Paper, Palette Ephemera, Postmarked Sticker Book and Cello Sticker Tape, added stitching and a sentiment using Simon Says Scripty Hello Wafer Die.

Macarena randomly stitched a leafy shape and they played with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Peeled Paint and Distress Embossing Glaze Peeled Paint. She stamped the background with Tim Holtz Entomology and Faded Type stamps. Finally she framed it with Simon Says Stamp Squovals die set.

Maura created a tag inspired by her cruise in the spring. She used 3 Quarter Designs Coastal Board Walk papers. Simon Says Stamp Pepita background stamp, and of course, Simon Says Stamp’s Pawsitively Saturated Ocean ink. She also stitched a bit of string to the bottom of her tag.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Echo Park Yankee Doodle 6 x 6 Paper Pad on the background, and decorated it with La-La Land Crafts Scalloped Frames Dies and Tim Holtz idea-ology Paper Dolls Mini.

Zoey made these two ATCs using the Specimen die , Distress Inks and stamps from Moth Study and Field Notes. To add a finished touch she added Spritz and Cello Sticker tape.

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
