As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Tim Holtz. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.
The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! You can join 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone!

Please remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details of how we made these creations and leave these wonderful girls some comment love

This week we’re welcoming the lovely Wanda Hentges into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!
Wanda created a piece that would work well on a card front or on/in a journal all starting with an Idea-ology journal card. She also used label tape, a photo booth image, smalltalk sticker, Eclectic Elements fabric and bundle tag, Vault die sets Industrial and Wildflowers, and Distress paints, inks, oxide sprays, and foundry wax.

Andrea made a tag using a variety of versatile Tim products: Photobooth images, the Halftone and Rings stamp set, Large Collage Strips, and Backdrops Volume 4 paper. She also used Distress Watercolor Pencils, Set 1 and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Spray.

Anna-Karin made a tag using the umbrella man stamp from Tim Holtz Stamper’s Anonymous Creative Muse. She also used the Life Adventure, Urban Chic and Mini Muse stamp sets. The numbers, arrows and airplane were die cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault World Travel.

Barbara created a card using many Tim Holtz products: Sizzix Tim Holtz Vault Gears ML Embossing Folder, Stampers Anonymous Stampers Anonymous CMS157, Ranger Ink Distress pads, Idea-ology Memo Pins – Idea-ology Label Frames – Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.

Emma created a Stampers Anonymous Etcetera Panel and used a selection of Tim Holtz products to tell the story of this make. She used Large Collage Strips for the background, before adding a Paper Doll, sitting on Industrial Gears, Gadget Gears and Sprocket Gears. She completed this panel with a Quote Chip in a Label Frame.

Kath created a Father’s Day card with an industrial theme using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Foundry 3D Texture Fade, Vault Industrial Thinlits, the alphabet from Vault Edges and Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Paper Dolls Poses.

Macarena made a card with a stamped background using Simon Says Clear Stamps Mod Plants set and Tim Holtz Sign Painter set for the window space made with Simon Says Stamp Squovals dies.

Maura made two birthday cards for her sons, using several Tim Holtz stamp sets like Evolution, Mod Cactus, and Road Trip. She created a background for each card with the Simon Says Stamp Grid stencil and paints.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps THE PROFESSOR on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology INDUSTRIAL GEARS Embellishments and Tim Holtz idea-ology ODDS AND ENDS Embellishments.

Zoey used Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Traveler with Black Texture Paste to add interest to her tag. She also used Stitches stencil with Distress Oxide Ink. Then she added ideaology embellishments to finish off her tag

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
