Please remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details of how we made these creations and leave these wonderful girls some comment love
Kerry made tags, inspired by one of our regular guests, Alison Bomber. She used Tim Holtz Moon Mask Stencils and Distress Inks together with Tiny Text and Winter Watercolor 2 stamp sets.
Andrea made a folder to hold paper scraps for collages. She cut up an envelope from Tim Holtz’s File Cards 2 to create the structure and added a quirky person image from Kate Crane’s KC006 stamp set. She also used patterned paper from Art by Marlene (Postage Madness) and Dina Wakley (Collage Sparks 1).
Anna-Karin made two artist trading cards this week. The flowers come from Simon Says Stamp Wild & Free Flowers and were stamped with Lost Shadow Distress Ink. The flowers were watercolored with Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi paints.
Barbara created a small collection of ATCs dedicated to Halloween. To make them she used the Collector Thinlits Dies by Sizzix for Tim Holtz. To decorate the ATCs she used Idea-ology Halloween Sticker Book, Idea-ology Ephemera Pack, Idea-ology Halloween Backdrops.
Kath recycled an old framed canvas and decorated using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Boo Crazy, Moon Mask Stencils, Idea-ology Halloween 2024 Collage Paper, Typography 2024 and Sizzix Alphanumeric Shadow Numbers Thinlits.
Macarena was playing with some painting in her Art Journal using for the background Dina Wakley Media Things That Grow Collage Paper and although it’s almost covered with paint, it is there. She added 49 and Market Color Swatch Charcoal Rub On Transfer in a lovely Krafty Garden Stacked Frames.
Maura created a tag with an industrial and nature look. She used Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Deconstructed stamps, Tim Holtz Transparent Moths, and Simon Says Stamp’s Grid Stencil.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps Spooky Sweets on the background, colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET C Markers and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology CLiPPiNGS Sticker Book.
Zoey made these two cute ATC by using pieces of Ideaology Ephemera. She also used Distress Inks to add color to the background and mummy cloth to add some more texture.
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
