Natasha made a card using a Tim Holtz Mosaic Embossing Folder. She used a variety of Distress Spray Stains, Distress Oxide Sprays and Distress Inks. She added texture using Translucent Distress Crackle Paint and Distress Crayons. She finished with a CZ Designs ‘Hi There’ die cut sentiment.
Andrea made a circle-inspired tag trio using Dina Wakley’s Metal Rimmed Tags along with Whimsy Stamps’ Boho Basic Stitches dies. She also utilized some of her favorite washi tape: Altenew’s Many Dots and AALL & Create’s Poets and Mix and Match.
Anna-Karin made a circle shaker card using a circle design from Tim Holtz Transparent Layers as the focal point. The pink circles were created with Simon Says Stamp Mix and Match Circles Stencil using Simon Says Stamp Guava Pawsitively Saturated Ink.
Barbara has created a one layer card inspired by soap bubbles and their colors! She used Ranger Distress Ink Pads like watercolors to color in the circles she drew using a stencil from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous’ Everyday Art collection. She also used The Inspector CMS465 stamp set and Observations CMS 434 set for the sentiment.
Cheiron used the Simon Says Stamp Circle Hoops Embossing Folder from the newest Out of this World release along with the Out of This World Wafer die. She created her background by painting on Distress Spray Stains and Distress Mica Stains and then going over it with Sterling Distress Foundry Wax to make it really shine.
Emma created multiple layers of circles as a focal point to her Etcetera Tag. She layered an Optical Lens and a stamped target image from the Stampers Anonymous Inquisitive stamp set by Tim Holtz, and placed it over the top of the Tim Holtz Sizzix Timekeeper Bigz Die before finishing the tag with butterflies from the Flutter stamp set.
Kath can certainly relate to going around in circles after a crazy week and has created a framed panel to remind her not to take things for granted. She used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Palette Collage Paper, Distress Translucent Grit Paste with Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Splotches Layering Stencil, Crazy Cats and Idea-ology Mini Marquee Letters
Lols made a Cheshire Cat circular card using a Paper Artsy Eclectica ENB18 designed by Nicci Battilana. She colored with Distress Inks and used a TIm Holtz Shaping Kit to make her look more rounded and cuddly. For the background she used Salty Ocean and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Inks, spritzed with water and then used a Brutus Monroe Fancy Fan Stencil, and mised some White Texture Paste with Picked Raspberry Ink, while it was still wet she sprinkled with Hero Arts Earth Safe Glitter. She finished with a Tim Holtz Snarky Small Talk Sticker.
Circles are Macarena‘s favorite shapes. She stamped them with Julie Hickey Design Circles Medley as a background for Tim Holtz Oliver Colorize die. She also gave a touch of Hero Arts Collage Backgrounds Transfers set. She also used a delicate Simon Says Stamp Leaf Edges stamp for behind the main panel.
Maura created a tag with lots of circles. She used Simon Says Stamp’s Circle Hoops Embossing Folder, Simon Says Stamp’s Out of This World wafer die, and added fun die cuts from Studio Light Out of This World die cut elements.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Layering Stencil SPLOTCHES on the background, and decorated it with Stamperia ORCHIDS AND CATS 8×8 Paper and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels.
Zoey used Seedless Preserve Distress Color as base of the tag, then she layered her background with Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Photography Collage Paper to add scripts. She used one of the Transparent Layers as main focus then added some Ephemera from the Field Notes to decorate.
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
