Laura had a lot of fun creating the rust effect playing with Tim Holtz Alchol Pearls Ink, Opaque Grit Paste and Metallic Pigment Powders. She hand-cut the heart weaving in the wire and framed in wonderful Tiny Die Cut House by Tim Holtz

Andrea made a notebook cover and framed out her dapper gent with rings created from Whimsy Stamps’ Boho Basic Stitches die set. The man himself is made from Carabelle Studio’s The Elegant Man stamp. She added accents throughout the cover with AALL & Create’s Mix and Match washi tape.

Anna-Karin altered a small wooden frame which she had in a drawer for a long time. She used Tim Holtz Bricked Stencil to create the brick pattern and embellished the frame with various idea-ology metal pieces, such as a Pen Nibs and Heirloom Roses.

Barbara was inspired by the spring to make a card using this super cute bunny from Hipster Bunny Set by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. To color the bunny she used Lost Shadow and Saltwater Taffy. She created a frame with Tim Holtz Sizzix Funky Wreath and Brustroke Flowers Mini.

Cheiron created a tag and framed her focal image with the Simon Says Stamp Delicate Leafy Branch and Etched Meadow Flower and Leaves die cuts. For her tag, she inked a piece of Dura Lar clear over some Typeset collage paper. She added a Tim Holtz Photobooth photo surrounded by a frame of white and gold leaves and a small talk sticker. To finish the tag she added letters from the Alphanumeric Emporium dies cut from Metallic Kraft Stock.

Kath created a funky floral card using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Tiny Text cut into strips to make a frame around the Brickword 3D Texture Fade background, decorated with Tim Holtz/Sizzix Abstract Elements, Blossom and Bunny Stitch Thinlits and added Idea-ology Sentiments Label Stickers.

Lols made an Easter card using a new Tim Holtz Bunny Stitch Die Set. To die cut the bunny she used Simon Says Stamp Snow White Pawsitively Velvet and Fog Gray Cardstock. For the background she used several Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks and a Wildflowers Stamp Set, she finished with a Paper Rose Slimline Texture 2 Die, which she embossed with Ranger Verdigris Embossing Powder.

Macarena made a colorful and exotic card using Tim Holtz Brushstrokes stamp set for the background and she framed the Tim Holtz Sizzix Feathery dies with Your Next Die Stitched Rectangle Frames. She added an exotic touch with Simon Says Stamp Tropical Leaf Bunch.

Maura is reframing her approach to vision in her art journal this week. She used Tim Holtz’s Tattered Elements stamp to frame her Darkroom Door Envelope Note Frame stamp, and added some optical lenses from the Tim Holtz The Countdown stamp set.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia SEA LAND 12×12 Paper on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology BASEBOARDS WINDOW FRAMES and Tim Holtz Idea-ology FOUND RELATIVES.

Zoey used Sizzix Specimen Thinlits to frame a flower. She also used Distress Ink Spray Stain and Distress Ink to add color to her tag. She then used Stampers Anonymous stamps and Damask stencil to add some textures

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
