It’s  Autumn’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Autumn altered a composition notebook with Tim Holtz Backdrops, Paper Dolls, Field Notes and Sea Life stamps to display her favorite Ernest Hemingway quote from The Old Man and the Sea.

Anna-Karin created a spring-time scene with cherry blossoms trees using the Simon Says Stamp All Seasons Tree stamp set. The quote stamp is from the same set. The trees were stamped with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink and Forest Moss Distress Ink.

Barbara created an Idea-ology Vignette Shrine dedicated to creativity! She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Retro Type as the focal point of her project, for the background Idea-ology Backdrops Volume 2 together with Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous layering stencil Flourish, Ranger Sea Mixed Media powder mixed with Ranger Wendy Vecchi Embossing powder Garden Patina.

Cheiron loves combining different types of letters to create a quote. For her Etcetera tag, she used Mini Marquee Letters along with Small Talk. For her background she used the newest color of Distress Spray Stain , Salvaged Patina along with Tattered Rose, Kitsch Flamingo and Pumice Stone. She added a Paper Doll and some Sizzix Crochet Thinlits dies to finish her tag.

Emma used a combination of Sizzix dies by Tim Holtz which included, The Park, Flower Field and Circle Play to create a card full of sunshine and positivity. To complete the card, she added a Theories Quote Chip, “Today Is Full of Possibilities”, which complimented the scene perfectly.

Kath created an Art Journal page using Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Crate and Mosaic Layering Stencils and Grunged stamps, Idea-ology Clippings Stickers Book, Groups Paper Dolls and Theories Quote Chip and decorated with Sizzix Funky Cactus Thinlits

Lols made a card using a flower from a Tim Holtz Large Stems Bigz Die and a quote by Henri Matisse. She used Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Inks along with Paper Artsy Sunset Beach Infusions for the background and added a torn strip of Simple Stories Cottage Fields Paper along the edge.

Macarena is a huge lover of circles and flowers so she mixed the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Rings stamp for the watercolor background and the Sizzix Brushstroke Flowers die for a focal point.

Maura created a set of yoga/meditation cards using a variety of stamps and stencils, such as Darkroom Door Meditation set, Gwen Lafleur/Paper Artsy Eclectica3 07 set, Visible Image Mindful Moments, and Stamperia’s Forest Sacred Geometry stencil.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Cosmos Paper on the background and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Theories Quote Chips and Tim Holtz Gadget Gears Findings.

Sandra made a card using Distress Spray Stain Peacock Feathers, Crackling Campfire, Walnut Stain and Tumbled Glass to add lots of color and added a Quote Chip. 

Zoey decorated this Ranger Tim Holtz Distress MIXED MEDIA HEAVYSTOCK TAGS with a mix of Distress Ink in Crackling Campfire and Speckled eggs. She also decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology GROUPS PAPER DOLLS and Tim Holtz Idea-ology CLIPPINGS Sticker Book
